1. Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
We strive to deliver your premium pet products as quickly and efficiently as possible across South Africa.
- Processing Time: All domestic orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- Delivery Estimates: Once processed, standard courier delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location (major centers like Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban generally receive faster delivery than regional or rural areas).
- Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total volumetric weight of your parcel and your delivery address.
2. International Shipping & Exports
As a global exporter of premium pet treats and food, Maneli Pets services international markets under strict compliance frameworks.
- Bulk and Commercial Freight: For international distributors and retail partners, shipping methods, incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF), lead times, and customs documentation requirements will be negotiated and finalized individually within your specific commercial distribution agreement.
- Import Duties and Taxes: For any international retail or direct orders, please note that your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied once a shipment reaches your country. Maneli Pets is not responsible for these charges; they are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
We want to keep you informed every step of the journey.
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your unique tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to follow your parcel’s progress directly via our courier partner’s online portal.
4. Delivery Address Limitations
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate to avoid delays.
- Physical Addresses Only: Our courier partners require a physical street address where someone is available to sign for the delivery during standard business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday).
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Postal Clinics as our delivery partners require an explicit physical hand-off for security and quality assurance.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Maneli Pets takes great care in packaging our premium products to survive transit securely.
- If you receive your order and the outer packaging is visibly damaged or broken, please take a photo immediately and note the damage on the courier’s delivery slip before signing.
- Please contact our support team at info@manelipets.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence so we can initiate a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or credit for you.
